My training methods include Body weight circuit workouts using Dumbbells, Medicine Balls, Resistance Bands and Swiss balls to create fun and challenging workouts that will rival anything you could do at the gym. I’ll help you identify your goals and find the best ways for you to achieve them.

As part of the first session, I will conduct a fitness Assessment where I will take your Body Fat Percentage, Resting Heart Rate, Weight and Measurements from various parts of your body. The assessment will let us know exactly where our beginning point is
