This coaching program designed for individuals or business owners looking for result oriented approach to help them improve and grow.
Wellbeing Coaching Includes: health & life coaching with mental health & fitness modalities to help you in all areas of your life.
One session: We work on the defined goal needed only. Package: We use the first 2 sessions to define all areas of focus and set goals, based on that we start putting together a plan to start achieving these goals. Every session we will be covering a goal or challenge and address the work needed, at times i will need you to do some work which will help me define the patterns, habits, behaviours or thought processes that might effect you or stopping you from achieving your goals so that we work in shifting, changing or healing to let go. Failure in doing your part of the work will result in effecting our progress.
Each session is 45mins and after using the 90mins planning session. We meet once a week unless you still need more time so we can book 2 sessions at a time "90mins".
We pre plan the meetings based on the day, time and location. Usually we meet at coffee shops or if you prefer to meet in a private place like your office we can do that too.
